I was so excited when Kelsey Justice asked me to create a floral installation for her portion of the Y’all Workshop held in Birmingham, Alabama in March 2024. This LGBTQIA+ Styled Shoot Workshop focused on inclusivity education for photographers across the country and I am honored to have been included.

When Bretagne Isler of Tags Photography asked me to design a Red Rose-Filled Valentines Day Boudoir Installation, I jumped at the chance. This beautiful setup allowed for Bretagne’s clients to have some amazing photos made for both themselves and their partners to make 2024’s Valentines Day one that isn’t easily forgotten.

Adrienne and Sloan’s April 2022 Micro-Wedding on Cumberland Island was followed by a Disco Reception in Opelika, Alabama. Unorthodox Floral and Film was lucky enough to be asked to flower for both! Their December 2022 reception was filled with disco balls and good vibes galore. You’ll see tie-ins of imagery with dried palm elements to connect their ceremony to their reception. Do you ever wonder what your floral team is doing on your wedding day? Wonder no longer! The talented Ellen Wagner Photo followed Unorthodox Floral and Film for their last wedding of 2023, A modern black and white affair on Lake Martin, Alabama. Alongside vendors like Charmly Co for planning and The Rose Reflective for photography, this wedding was a moody, wet day turned into an absolute party.

Ellen of Ellen Wagner Photography is an artist who loves to showcase her love for families. In Spring 2023, she focused in on Motherhood and created an absolutely magical experience for her clients. We are so thankful that she asked us to bring in our floral expertise to heighten the experience for everyone involved.

Savannah and Jon’s Washington DC Wedding in September 2023 was one for the books. Their love for color, food, and good times was evident throughout the planning process as well as their day. Tulips were the must-have flower to honor Jon’s dutch heritage and these beauties were absolutely the stars of the show. I was so honored to work with Sincerely Jane Events for planning as well as Carl Elixr Studios for photography.

Allie and Dent wanted their day to highlight the pastel colors of spring in Alabama. Throughout their design we included classic elements and paired them with whimsical beauty in a way that highlighted the seasonality of a May 2023 wedding. Photography is by Lauren Bailey Photo.
